參與劇場演出逾十年，現為自由身演員及戲劇教育工作者，不時以創作演員或導演身份創作。畢業於香港浸會大學人文及創作系。於2011年考獲英國倫敦聖三一學院戲劇表演八級(Devised Group Drama)，並獲最高榮譽級別(Distinction)
曾以創作演員身份與不同單位合作，包括：進念．二十面體、AFTEC 誇啦啦藝術集匯、一條褲製作。亦曾參演小息跨媒介創作室、香港舞蹈團、浪人劇場作品。
戲劇教育合作單位則包括：香港教師戲劇會、黑暗劇場、德思戲劇教育工作室及加戲工作室。
導演作品包括拉丁舞實驗劇場《不如今晚跳隻舞》、醫療事故記錄劇場《Closed Files》

When I find out that my play will be read in Hong Kong, it is a very nice surprise, because Hong Kong for me is a really faraway and mysterious land. I'm really happy that Ukraine is supported there too. I hope that my Dictionary of Emotions will find its audience, it will touch the hearts, it will help to understand Ukrainians better, and understand our emotions more. I thank the directors and actors who will be reading this text, and I thank the audience members for the interest in this theme of Ukrainians' fight against Russian aggression.
